Karen – Graduate Parent

"Pathway Family Center not only helped save my life, it saved my family.  Through treatment, I learned how to live life without the use of drugs.  Pathway helped me stay clean and sober!”
Sarah – Past Client

“As a parent of a graduate of this program, I know first hand how devastating it is to learn that your child has a substance abuse problem.  I was blessed learning about Pathway Family Center through a counselor at my son’s school.  Having a facility like this in our community will allow more families to benefit from the vast client and family counseling that is offered.”
Heather – Graduate Parent

“Law enforcement cannot hope to reduce addictive behavior by significant numbers acting unilaterally.  We need to partner with other professional disciplines and surround the problem from many directions.  Pathway Family Center has proven to be successful in this fight. They are having an impact with the most vulnerable victims of addiction; adolescents and their families.”
David Lain - Porter County Sheriff

Dear Parents,

Most likely if you are visiting our website you are searching for some answers to help your teen.  Please know that at Pathway we understand how scared and alone you may be feeling.   At Pathway Family Center, we offer a confidential and supportive program that provides hope, understanding, healing and answers.

As parents, we spend our years taking care of, nurturing, loving and teaching our children important lessons that they can only learn from us.  It is our hope and desire to see our children grow to be responsible adolescents who know how to cope with all the influences, peer pressure, media, and temptations that are so abundant in our culture.    It is devastating when we realize that we have in a sense lost our child, we don’t understand why they are behaving in unpredictable ways, and we see them make high risk, dangerous choices for themselves.

Through an innovative process and the expertise of our staff, Pathway has helped thousands of families re-establish precious relationships while providing children with coping strategies that enable them to make life long positive changes.  Every member of the family is impacted by an out of control teen in the home.  That is why there is support, education and healing for each family member.  Many parents say “I have my son/daughter back”.   “We are a family again.”   If you are concerned with your child’s behavior and would like confidential, professional help, please call our agency.  We offer a 24-hour parent help line that is operated by our staff.  We have provided hope to many families and we are here for your family as well.

Sincerely,
Kathy Row
Vice President of Clinical Services
